Customer Service Specialist
M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Streck is recruiting for a customer service specialist to join our customer service department. Our customer service team is a collaborative group committed to providing excellent service to our customers in a positive work environment. These professionals are a true resource for our customers, providing knowledgeable service without the use of scripts. In addition to responding to customer inquiries via phone, fax and e-mail, our professional, detail-focused group processes orders and provides support for sales and marketing.
The primary responsibilities include:
Regularly provide support to customers and internal departments
Provide service via phone and email communications to customers and sales
Enter, process and maintain all new and existing orders
Provide coverage for the reception desk as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Ability and desire to learn Streck’s products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• General computer knowledge; Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire and ability to take initiative and suggest improvements
• 3-4 years customer service or retail experience
