Job Responsibilities:

Streck is recruiting for a lab assistant to join our quality control team.  This position is responsible for running laboratory samples and entering data into our systems. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Run samples on hematology and chemistry instruments and record results
  • Transport samples to and from coolers
  • Run pipette verification tests and enter results into system
Job Qualifications:

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred. 
  • Basic data entry skills exhibiting a high level of accuracy
  • Must be detail oriented, dependable, well organized, and able to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Must be team oriented with excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience with hematology and chemistry analyzers preferred, but not required
  • One year lab assistant experience preferred
