Job Responsibilities:

Streck is seeking to add a dynamic executive professional for the position of Director of Human Resources. This position will serve as a key member of the management team to lead the development of people plans in support of the business strategy.


This position will leverage an engaged and well-trained team to recruit, develop and retain the best people at Streck.  This team seeks to promote and maintain a safe, healthy, productive and customer-centric environment.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Align the overall strategic business plan with human resource initiatives as a means to maximize organizational effectiveness.
  • Guide a process of organizational planning with executive team members that evaluates structure, job design, forecasting, engagement and succession throughout the company.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection of and development of talent to support continued growth.
  • Direct the effective administration of functions such as compensation, insurance and benefit design, training, employee relations, performance management, payroll and legal compliance.
  • Oversee workforce planning and analytics.
  • Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
Job Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources preferred with 5 years of management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related discipline with at least 8 years of broad human resource and management experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at senior management level
  • Demonstrated performance illustrating excellent judgment, problem solving, analytical, negotiation, decision making skills and abilities, as well as, alliance generation
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience with all applicable human resource laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage positive change within an existing corporate culture
  • Success in maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with other management members, employees, outside consultants, industry professionals and other partners
